You have a player installed and an active subscription. Now you need to link them. This guide is the overview: where your details come from, which method to choose, how to enter them reliably, and how to confirm it's working. The method-specific guides — Xtream Codes and M3U — go into each step in detail.

Step 1: Find your access details

Your provider supplies them after activation. IPTV Apollo customers receive their activation instructions from our team once payment is confirmed and the subscription is active.

You'll typically have one or both of:

  • Xtream Codes: server URL, username, password
  • M3U: a playlist URL (and often a separate EPG URL)

Step 2: Choose a method

Step 3: Enter the details without typos

Most connection problems are simple typos. To avoid them:

  • Copy and paste whenever possible
  • On TVs, use the platform's phone app as a keyboard (Fire TV and Google TV apps support this), or a player that accepts details from your phone via QR code or web page
  • Watch for confusable characters: 0/O, 1/l/I
  • Keep case exactly as given — usernames and passwords are usually case-sensitive
  • Include http:// or https:// and any port in server addresses exactly as shown
  • Make sure no space has crept in at the start or end

Step 4: Verify the connection

After saving, check:

  1. Channels load — groups and channel names appear
  2. A channel plays — try two or three from different groups
  3. The guide appears — if not, see loading guide data in your player
  4. On-demand content appears, if included in your plan and supported by your player

If all four pass, you're connected.

Step 5: Make it yours

Keep your details secure

  • Store them in a password manager
  • Don't share them or post screenshots that include them
  • If you think they've been exposed, contact your provider to have them changed

Sharing details also uses up your connections and may breach your provider's acceptable use policy.
