1. Who we are

IPTV Apollo (“we”, “us”) is a service provided by an individual based in Morocco. IPTV Apollo is a trading name, not a registered company. The operator is [Operator name — to be confirmed]. You can contact us through our contact page or on WhatsApp at +44 7575 825397.

2. The service

We provide subscriptions that give you access to our IPTV service for a fixed period (the “Access Period”), together with setup documentation and customer support. The content included is described on our Channels & Content page. Content line-ups may change over time, and some content may not be available in every country.

To use the service you need a compatible device, a compatible third-party player application and an adequate internet connection, all of which are your responsibility. We do not make, sell or support third-party devices or player applications and are not affiliated with their developers.

3. Your subscription

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a subscription.
• You must give accurate information and keep your access details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your access details. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown on the Pricing page. To order, you contact us on WhatsApp; we confirm your plan and send payment instructions in the chat.
• We currently accept PayPal, arranged with you over WhatsApp. The website does not take payment directly and we do not store card details.
• Your subscription is activated once your payment is confirmed. If a payment cannot be completed, no subscription is activated.

5. Access Period, renewal and cancellation

• Your Access Period begins when your subscription is activated after payment confirmation, and lasts for the duration of the plan purchased.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To continue after your Access Period ends, you place a new order.
• Because there is no recurring billing, no cancellation is needed to prevent future charges.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not share, resell or redistribute your access details or any streams.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you an opportunity to fix the issue. You may end your subscription at any time by contacting us.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the service available, but internet-delivered services can be affected by factors outside our control, including your internet connection, your device and player app, and third-party networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it. We will give notice of material changes on this page and, where appropriate, by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law / jurisdiction — to be confirmed]. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
