A login error means your player is having trouble getting your account accepted by the server. The good news: most login failures have simple causes. The error message is your biggest clue.

Decode the error message

Check the details character by character

Typos cause most failures.

  • Copy and paste instead of typing, if you can
  • Case matters — usernames and passwords are usually case-sensitive
  • Watch for confusable characters: 0 and O, 1, l and I
  • Look for a space at the start or end — it's invisible but breaks the login
  • On TV remotes, use your platform's phone keyboard app to avoid mistyping

Check the server address

For Xtream Codes logins:

  • Include http:// or https:// at the start
  • Include the port (such as :8080) only if your details show one
  • Don't add extra paths unless your provider specifies them
  • Check you're using the most recent details your provider issued

For M3U URLs, make sure the whole URL was copied — long links sometimes get cut off.

See how to configure Xtream Codes and how to add an M3U playlist.

Check your account status

  • Has your access period ended? Plans with manual renewal simply stop at the end date. See our renewal guide.
  • Has the order been paid and activated? A pending order won't have working details yet.
  • Were your details reset or changed recently?

IPTV Apollo customers can contact our team through WhatsApp to check their status and end date.

Check other devices

If you get a connection-limit error:

  1. Stop playback on every other device using the same details.
  2. Close the player apps rather than just turning TVs off.
  3. Wait a minute, then try again.

If you can't account for the other connection, your details may have been shared — contact your provider to change them. See using IPTV on multiple devices.

Check the device

  • Date and time: an incorrect clock can break secure connections. Set it to automatic.
  • Internet: confirm the device is online — open another streaming app.
  • Restart the device and router.

Check the player

  • Update the app
  • Clear its cache (or data, noting that clearing data removes saved settings)
  • Remove and re-add the playlist or account
  • Test another reputable player — if the login works there, the issue is with the first player

When to contact support

If you've checked all of the above, contact your provider with:

  • The exact error message (a photo of the screen helps)
  • Player name and version
  • Whether it fails on every device
  • When it started

IPTV Apollo customers can use support. Never send your password in a message — we don't need it to investigate.
